Data handled
- Files needed by server-side tools, processed only to produce the result requested.
- Technical data needed for security, rate limiting, and service operation.
- Aggregated operational metrics, without advertising analytics or behavioral tracking.
Cookies and third parties
FileMagic does not use advertising cookies or tracking analytics. Cloudflare may set strictly necessary technical cookies for security and abuse protection, including Turnstile on sensitive endpoints.
Retention and sharing
Working files are designed to remain temporary and be cleaned up automatically after processing or expiry. Aggregated operational metrics may be kept for up to one year to monitor service reliability.
Cloudflare acts as a proxy and CDN and may process request metadata before it reaches our infrastructure. Conversion files are handled on our application infrastructure.
